2. Most of the items come with plain version, sprigs version and/or center art work version. All the information is listed on below price list and downlaodable price list. (Click here for Sprigs Options)
3. Most of the items come with choice of 5 colors (Click here for Color Chart)
4. Fill out the quantity of the items and colors you are ordering on the order form.
5. When you fill out the orders, please do not forget to note if you are ordering plain version, type of sprgs and type of center art works.
6. Make sure fill out the order form CLEARLY as you can or use our order form in Excel version to e-mail us your order.
7. Shipping & Packing fee is as follows:
   • Packing, Handling, & Shipping (12% to hand-deliver, Minimum of $50.00)
   • Have Packed and Shipped By Professional Packing Company
   • Exact Charges To Be Paid By Customer Upon Receipt Of Order
8. We accept checks, certified check, money order and credit card via PayPal Transaction *.
